Endeavor Health seeks a Parts Coordinator, Clinical Engineering to manage local inventory, identify parts, and procure supplies for CE operations. You will apply medical equipment knowledge to select correct parts and stage them for repairs across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with central Procurement and Accounts Payable, ensuring cost control and contract compliance while standardizing parts usage and maintaining CMMS records. Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• CBET (AAMI) or CPP / CPSM preferred certification.
• 3-5 years in Clinical Engineering or healthcare purchasing/parts inventory.
• Experience in both Clinical Engineering and purchasing preferred.
• ERP / supply chain software experience (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Infor).
• CMMS platforms experience (e.g., Nuvolo, TMA, Accruent).
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent requests.

Responsabilités

• Parts identification & sourcing: translate requests to correct part numbers from manuals, schematics, and vendor portals.
• Requisition management: create accurate purchase requisitions under contracts and pricing agreements.
• Procurement coordination: liaison between CE and central procurement/accounts payable; track status and resolve discrepancies.
• Inventory & logistics: receive, inspect, and stage parts; manage local parts inventory and par levels.
• Standardization: implement processes to standardize parts acquisition across sites.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain CMMS records and ensure procurement compliance.
• Engage CE team to understand needs and evaluate supplier options.
• Train CE staff on requisition processes, inventory practices, and CMMS requirements.
