Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Engineering Operations to supervise day-to-day repair, preventive maintenance and service activities of in-house CE technicians at one or more Endeavor hospitals. You will own equipment service quality and uptime and be the primary CE contact for clinical customers and site leadership.

The role requires 5 years CE experience with leadership experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years CE experience, working on multiple classes of medical equipment
• 3+ years as a lead or supervisor in a technical environment
• Strong human relations and analytical skills
• Self-driven with the ability to schedule, organize, and manage staff independently
• Proficient in translating technical analysis for management reporting and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Manages financial operating budget for equipment inventories valued between $99 million and $275 million
• Oversees Biomedical and Imaging service FTEs
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards for Clinical Engineering
• Collaborates with clinical, operational, and medical staff to improve operations
• Identifies and escalates issues with actionable recommendations
• Designs and directs the work of the team(s)
• Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team
• Manages performance and provides feedback
• May develop operating/capital budgets and control expenditures
