Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Parts Coordinator for Clinical Engineering to manage local inventory, identify and requisition replacement parts, and support CE operations with accurate part fulfillment.

You will work within established procurement processes, coordinate with central procurement and Accounts Payable, drive cost control, and ensure CMMS documentation is complete and compliant across CE sites.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Certification: CBET (AAMI) or CPP / CPSM (preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in Clinical Engineering / Healthcare Technology Management, OR 3-5 years in purchasing, requisitioning, or parts/inventory management in a technical or healthcare setting.
• Preferred: Experience in both Clinical Engineering and purchasing; BMET experience or hospital CE procurement support.
• ERP/supply chain software (Workday, PeopleSoft, Infor).
• CMMS platforms (Nuvolo, TMA, Accruent).
• Spreadsheet and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate technician requests into specific part numbers and specifications using manuals and vendor portals.
• Prepare and submit accurate purchase requisitions under vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with central Procurement and Accounts Payable; track requisition status and backorders.
• Receive, inspect, and stage incoming parts; manage local inventory and par levels.
• Create and communicate standardized parts acquisition processes across sites.
• Maintain CMMS records; ensure procurement complies with policies and regulatory standards.
• Engage CE team to select best-fit suppliers; train staff on requisition and CMMS processes.
