Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Parts Coordinator in the Clinical Engineering group. The role involves researching and procuring local parts and minor equipment to support CE operations, ensuring the right part is available when needed.

You will work within Endeavor's procurement processes and vendor contracts, coordinating with central Purchasing and Accounts Payable. The position emphasizes parts standardization, cost control, and accurate CMMS documentation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• CBET (AAMI) or CPP/CPSM purchasing credential (preferred).
• 3–5 years in Clinical Engineering / Healthcare Technology Management, OR 3–5 years in purchasing, requisitioning, or parts/inventory management in a technical or healthcare setting.
• Experience in both Clinical Engineering and purchasing; prior BMET experience or experience supporting hospital CE procurement.
• ERP / CMMS platforms and spreadsheet/database proficiency.
• Knowledge of medical equipment terminology, CE workflows, and hospital procurement policies.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and data handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent requests across sites.

Responsibilities

• Parts Identification and Sourcing: translate requests into part numbers using manuals, schematics, and vendor portals to ensure correct part is ordered.
• Requisition Management: submit accurate purchase requisitions under vendor contracts and pricing agreements.
• Procurement Coordination: liaise between Clinical Engineering and Procurement/Accounts Payable; track status and resolve discrepancies.
• Inventory & Logistics: receive, inspect, stage parts, manage local inventory and par levels; coordinate returns of defective parts.
• Standardization: implement processes to standardize parts acquisition across Endeavor sites.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain CMMS records and ensure procurement complies with policies and regulatory standards.

Education
