Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Engineering Operations to supervise day-to-day repair, preventive maintenance, and service activities across one or more hospitals. You will manage technician schedules, service quality, and act as the primary CE contact for clinical customers and site leadership.

You will oversee budgets for equipment inventories valued at tens of millions, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with clinical staff to improve operations, and develop operating

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Biomedical Equipment Technology.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years CE experience with multiple classes of medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day repair, preventive maintenance, and service for CE technicians.
• Oversee budgets and uptime for equipment at site(s).
• Lead, coach, and develop CE teams; set performance expectations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve operations.
• Escalate issues with actionable recommendations.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and control expenditures.
