Endeavor Health is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support Clinical Engineering across Skokie, IL, and NorthShore locations. You will identify parts, requisition, and stage repairs, coordinating with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires an associate degree in a related field and 3–5 years in clinical engineering or healthcare purchasing, with ERP/CMMS experience. On-site work with competitive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field is required.
• 3–5 years in Clinical Engineering or healthcare purchasing/parts/inventory management.
• Certification (CBET or CPP/CPSM) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate technician requests into part numbers and specs.
• Prepare accurate purchase requisitions under vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with central Procurement and Accounts Payable.
• Manage local CE parts inventory and par levels.
• Maintain CMMS records and ensure policy compliance.
