Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a Parts Coordinator for Clinical Engineering. You will research and manage local inventory, identify parts, and procure supplies to support CE operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in clinical engineering or healthcare purchasing, an associate degree, and familiarity with ERP and CMMS tools. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, electronics, supply chain or related field.
• CBET (AAMI) or CPP / CPSM preferred.
• 3–5 years in Clinical Engineering or healthcare purchasing/order management.
• Experience with ERP/supply chain software and CMMS (Nuvolo, TMA, Accruent).
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate technician requests into correct part numbers and specifications.
• Submit accurate purchase requisitions under vendor contracts and pricing.
• Coordinate with central Procurement and AP; manage backorders and expedites.
• Receive, inspect and stage parts; manage local inventory and par levels.
• Standardize parts acquisition processes across Endeavor sites.
• Maintain CMMS records; ensure compliance with policies.
• Train staff on requisition processes and CMMS documentation.
