Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers with real-time documentation. You will observe patient visits, document encounters in structured notes, assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, and help prepare after-visit summaries in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of medical terminology, prior clinical exposure, and strong listening and communication skills.

Competenze

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering.
• Prior scribe or transcription experience.

Mansioni

• Documenting patient encounters in a structured note (history, assessment, plan, exam).
• Assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries and support daily huddles/ reviews.
• Administrative support for the provider and care team.
