Job summary

Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts across the Eastern North Carolina and Southern Virginia hospital systems. You will build relationships with infectious disease physicians, lab directors and executives, drive test adoption, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Customer Success to accelerate revenue with patient impact.

This role reports to the Regional Sales Director, requires up to 70% travel, and seeks a track record of top sales achievements

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences/Biotech or Diagnostics.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with physicians, lab directors, and executives.
• Experience introducing transformational products to hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by building hospital relationships and expanding test adoption in the territory.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Success to meet goals.
• Develop thought leaders and drive early adopter engagement for new diagnostics.
• Manage and renew partner agreements and contracts to ensure long-term value.
