Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Leader for Clinical Data to grow the enterprise customer base and shape the market approach for EDC and CDB offerings.

The candidate will engage pharma/biotech and CRO partners to drive adoption, develop strategic plans, and work with sales to win opportunities across global accounts. The role emphasizes leadership, credibility across domains, and the ability to influence customers toward new operating models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a product company in a customer-facing role.
• Industry data management and/or consulting experience.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain the customer base for Clinical Data.
• Develop and execute the Clinical Data vision for enterprise sponsors.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within and adjacent to Clinical Data.
• Use professional networks to assist with adoption.
• Develop value-oriented materials for enterprise sponsors.
• Provide thought leadership and sales support to teams in driving adoption of Clinical Data products.
• Provide business and technology guidance to the product team for new or enhanced features in Clinical Data applications.
• Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing business challenges.
• Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications.
• Other special Clinical Data projects as assigned.
