Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Strategy Leader for Clinical Data growth with the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. The SMB Clinical Data Strategy Leader must drive adoption across pharma/biotech, CRO, and technology partners and influence new operating models.

The role collaborates with sales to identify opportunities and delivers strategic plans that show customer success for Vault Clinical Data across emerging and mid-size customers. This position can be based anywhere in North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in product companies, CROs, or sponsors in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development desirable.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to hold conversations with business and IT executives about Clinical Data adoption.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain the Clinical Data customer base.
• Develop and execute the Clinical Data vision for emerging to mid-size companies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within and adjacent to Clinical Data.
• Use networks to assist with adoption.
• Develop value-oriented materials for emerging and mid-size sponsors.
• Provide thought leadership and sales support to drive adoption.
• Provide guidance to product teams on features and functionality.
• Stay current with industry trends and address customer challenges.
• Handle other Clinical Data projects as assigned.
