Job summary
The START Center for Cancer Research seeks a Manager, Clinical Business Operations to ensure accurate and complete clinical activity data across CTMS and Filemaker. Located at the West Valley City site, you will bridge clinical documentation and billing while coordinating with nursing, pharmacy, and study teams to support revenue cycle objectives.
This role emphasizes data governance, collaboration with finance leadership, and proactive error resolution to enable accurate invoicing and compliant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/healthcare/finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research operations or healthcare revenue cycle
- Strong ability to translate clinical activity data into business information
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate CTMS (OnCore) and Filemaker data entry for site activities
- Bridge clinical documentation to billing systems and coordinate with nursing/pharmacy
- Monitor data quality metrics and report trends to leadership
- Resolve data discrepancies with appropriate approvals and change control
- Support pre-activation revenue cycle alignment to prevent billing errors
- Triage and support sponsor invoice disputes with finance leadership
