Job summary

The START Center for Cancer Research in Utah seeks a CTMS Entry Coordinator to support Clinical Research Coordinators. You will enter and manage data in CRFs, coordinate with teams, and assist with protocol interpretation.

This role requires attention to detail, familiarity with medical terminology, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced oncology research environment. Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., on-site in West Valley City.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of research administrative experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Strong organizational skills and timeliness.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect, de-identify, enter/transcribe, and transmit/submit clinical data in CRFs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinator to ensure data timepoints are accurate and resolve queries.
• Contact patients in follow-up per protocol.
• Review protocols to guide study activities.
• Assist with setup and formatting of study documents per protocol.
• Maintain CTMS upkeep including tracking visits and SAEs.
• Support onsite and remote monitors as needed.
• Comply with regulations for data loading and EDC systems.
• Identify lab facilities and normal values for study files.
• Attend meetings for assigned studies.
• Coordinate with accounts receivable on transmitted data.
