Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Leader to grow the Clinical Data business with top pharmaceutical companies.

The SMB Clinical Data Strategy Lead will engage across pharma, CRO, and technology partners to drive adoption and new operating models. This role requires building market strategy for emerging and mid-size customers, connecting with clinical and IT leaders, and collaborating with sales to identify opportunities to expand the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical research or healthcare data flow.
• Experience in a product company, CRO, or Sponsor in a customer-facing role.
• Experience creating study pipelines and selling technology.
• Industry data management or consulting experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development desirable.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to discuss Clinical Data adoption with business and IT executives.
• Understanding of global product development and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Grow and sustain the Clinical Data customer base.
• Develop and execute the vision for Clinical Data in emerging to mid-size companies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders in Clinical Data.
• Leverage professional networks to drive adoption.
• Create value-oriented materials for sponsors.
• Provide thought leadership and sales support for adoption.
• Advise product teams on features for Clinical Data.
• Stay current with industry trends and address business challenges.
• Handle other special Clinical Data projects as assigned.
