Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care in Olympia is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support our Puget Sound clinics as a Float. This role operates under the MA-C license scope and focuses on coordinating patient care with strong teamwork and patient service.

You will work with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure quality care, uphold ethical standards, and create a safe environment for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• MA-C certification required.
• WA MA-C license required within 45 days of hire.
• BLS certification required or obtainable in-house.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy and dignity of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.

CMA certification (AAMA/NHA/NCCT)

Washington MA-C license
