Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Occupational Medicine in Olympia, supporting Puget Sound region clinics as a float. This per diem, day shift position offers cross-clinic coverage and a collaborative team environment.

You will assist physicians, handle clinical tasks within MA-C scope, and help coordinate patient care to deliver excellent outcomes. Qualified candidates hold MA-C certification, CMA certification, current BLS, and at least 1 year of medical

Qualifications

• Washington MA-C certification is required.
• BLS certification or in-house training possible.
• Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform clinical tasks within MA-C scope and coordinate patient care.
• Provide excellent patient customer service and clinic management support.
