Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support clinical coordination and patient care within the MA-C scope. You will work closely with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience.

The role offers a 0.9 FTE, day shifts (8am-8pm on a 3x12 schedule) with premium earnings and robust benefits. WA/ID state requirements apply, including MA-C or MA-R endorsements.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification required.
• BLS certification required or available via in-house training.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic tasks requiring knowledge and integration of standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
