Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, part of the MultiCare family, seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support Occupational Medicine across Olympia clinics in the Puget Sound region as a float. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical coordination, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with physicians and staff to ensure excellent outcomes, performing clinic tasks within MA-C scope and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• MA-C certification required by Washington state.
• BLS certification or in-house training program possible.
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform clinic tasks and coordinate patient care within MA-C scope.
• Promote ethical, holistic care and a safe patient environment.
