Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support clinics in the Puget Sound Region as a Float in Olympia. The position is a 1.0 FTE with a Day shift and Per Diem schedule.

You will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent patient experiences across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Washington MA-C certification required or interim license acceptable
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred
• Current BLS certification or may be obtained through in-house training
• Idaho CMA certification acceptable; WA endorsement may be required within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure health care outcomes
• Perform clinic tasks requiring knowledge and integration of standards, resources, and data
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting patient autonomy and dignity
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients
