Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support physicians and clinic staff across a high-collaboration environment. You will perform MA-C scope clinical tasks, coordinate patient care, and ensure an outstanding patient experience.

With a 0.9 FTE daytime schedule (8am-8pm, three 12-hour shifts) and additional earning incentives, you will join a fast-paced team focused on accessible care in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Assistant-Certified required in WA
• BLS certification or in-house training available
• Experience in physician offices or medical facilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality care
• Perform clinical tasks within MA-C scope and coordinate patient care
• Support clinic management and exceptional patient service
