Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for the North Region to support clinics in Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, and Shoreline. This role involves coordinating patient care within the MA-C scope and delivering high-quality customer service in a busy urgent care setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff, handle diverse clinical tasks, and promote ethical, patient-centered care while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification is required.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program acceptable for the assignment.
• Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire or MA-C within 45 days of hire.
• Idaho state CMA certification (AAMA/NHA/NCCT) may apply if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform a variety of clinic tasks requiring standardized knowledge and data integration.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and support patient autonomy and dignity.
• Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
