Indigo Urgent Care seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support patient care within MA-C scope. This float role covers Central Region (Covington, Maple Valley, Kent, Federal Way, Burien, Tukwila, Seattle) with a 0.9 FTE, Day shift across 8am–8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts).

You will work closely with physicians and staff to ensure excellent patient service, clinic management support, and coordinated care across busy urgent care settings.

Formación

• Washington State MA-C certification required
• WA MA-R endorsement with Indigo within 30 days preferred
• Current BLS Certification required or available through in-house training
• Minimum 1 year clinical office experience preferred
• Externship/residency candidates with WA MA-R certification considered within 7 days of hire

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and clinic management to ensure quality care
• Perform clinic tasks requiring integration of standards, resources, and data
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients

BLS Certification

1 year clinical experience

CMA certification (AAMA/NHA/NCCT) – Idaho
