Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant in Olympia to support our Puget Sound region clinics as a Float. This role expands your MA-C license scope and emphasizes teamwork, patient service, and excellent communication.

You will collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and management to coordinate patient care, perform clinical tasks, and help create a positive experience for every patient we serve.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification or interim acceptable.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic functions requiring knowledge and integration of standards and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
