Indigo Urgent Care, part of MultiCare, is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for the North Region. You will perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope, collaborating across physicians, clinic staff, and management to ensure excellent outcomes and patient experiences.

The role offers a float position across multiple clinics (Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens, Marysville) with day shifts

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C or MA-R certification required.
• BLS certification required or in-house training program available.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and clinic management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within MA-C scope.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse patients.
