Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support occupational medicine within a collaborative clinic team in the Pacific Northwest. You will perform clinical tasks, coordinate patient care, and work closely with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires WA MA-C licensure (or interim) and Certification, with BLS either in place or obtainable through the company program.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C licensure or interim certification acceptable
• BLS certification required or may be obtained through in-house training
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
• Perform a variety of clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
