Indigo Urgent Care in Redmond, WA is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (MA-C) for Occupational Medicine on a per diem, day-shift basis. The role expands MA-C scope and requires collaboration with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Washington and Idaho licensure requirements apply; BLS certification is required or provided in-house. Prior physician-office experience is preferred, with a focus on ethical and holistic patient care.

Formación

• Washington State MA-C certification required or interim certification acceptable for up to one year.
• WA MA-C license required within 45 days of hire; WA MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within 30 days.
• Idaho CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT required.
• Current BLS Certification or provided via in-house training program.
• Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility.

Responsabilidades

• You will collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• You will perform clinic tasks within MA-C scope, integrating standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• You will create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
