Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to expand patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and front office to ensure excellent health care outcomes and patient experiences.

This role offers day shifts, Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on customer service, clinic management support, and a safe, welcoming environment for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C certification required.
• Interim MA-C acceptable for up to one year.
• Current BLS Certification or provided by in-house training.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards, resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
