Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support clinical teams, coordinate patient care within the MA-C scope, and deliver outstanding front-office service. You will work closely with physicians, nurses and clinic management to ensure the best possible patient experiences.

This role offers competitive hourly pay with premiums for X-Ray certification, weekend work, and incentive programs, plus robust benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C certification or interim MA certification acceptable for up to 1 year.
• CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT preferred.
• BLS certification or in-house training program possible.
• Experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic duties within MA-C scope and coordinate patient care.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and patient autonomy.
