Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare company, is hiring aClinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support patient care within MA-C scope. You will work closely with physicians and clinic staff in a tight-knit team to ensure high-quality outcomes and patient experiences in a 0.9 FTE, 12-hour shift day schedule.

Qualifications

• MA-C certification required in WA.
• WA-MA-C license or WA-MA-R endorsement within 30 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification required or via in-house training.
• CMA certification acceptable per Idaho requirements (AAMA/NHA/NCCT).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office and clinic management to ensure comprehensive care outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring knowledge and integration of standards, resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic patient care respecting diverse backgrounds.
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients.

Education

Washington State MA-C certification

WA-MA-C license or WA-MA-R endorsement
