Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (FLOAT) for the Southeast Region clinics including Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Yelm, Puyallup, Bonney Lake and Orting.

Role involves coordinating patient care with a high-collaboration team, assisting with clinical tasks and clinic management while supporting excellent patient service. WA MA-C required with BLS; 0.9 FTE, day shifts, 8am-8pm, 3x12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification is required.
• Interim WA MA certification acceptable for up to one year.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program availability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
