Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for our North Region Urgent Care Clinics in Washington. The role involves clinical tasks, patient coordination, and strong teamwork within a fast-paced, high-collaboration environment.

The position requires WA MA-C certification (MA-R acceptable within 7 days), BLS, and at least 1 year of office-based medical experience. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and regional incentives.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C certification required; MA-R endorsement acceptable within 7 days of hire.
• BLS certification or in-house training program available.
• Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure quality care.
• Perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within MA-C license scope.
• Provide excellent patient service and support clinic operations.
