Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join our Southeast Region Urgent Care clinics. This float position supports Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Yelm, and nearby locations with a 0.9 FTE schedule and 12-hour day shifts (8am-8pm).

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with physicians and staff, and adherence to MA-C scope. WA MA-C certification and BLS are required or in-house training provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C license required or MA-C eligible with in-house plan for certification.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program availability.
• Minimum one year physician's office or medical facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office and management to ensure patient care outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks and coordinate patient care within MA-C scope.
• Provide excellent patient customer service and support clinic operations.
