Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant for its Southeast Region clinics, including Olympia, with a 0.9 FTE schedule of 3 x 12-hour day shifts (8am–8pm). The role focuses on coordinating patient care, clinical tasks within MA-C scope, and delivering exceptional patient service.

Candidates should hold WA MA-C or interim certification, and a current BLS; WA/ID state requirements apply. Indigo offers robust benefits, incentives, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C license is required or interim cert accepted for up to 45 days until MA-C is issued.
• Interim WA MA-C certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program to obtain it.
• Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA MA-C license expected within 45 days of hire.
• Idaho CMA certification (AAMA/NHA/NCCT) acceptable for WA-eligible CMA responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
