Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to expand patient care coordination within the MA-C scope across the Southeast Region, including Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, Yelm, Puyallup, Bonney Lake and Orting.

You will work closely with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient experiences, collaborating across clinic teams to support efficient operations and compassionate care on a 3×12 schedule, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is required.
• Washinton State Medical Assistant Interim Certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.
• Current BLS Certification or in-house training program may apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and data integration.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
