Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join our team. You will perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope, collaborating closely with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and patient experiences.

Responsibilities include supporting clinic management, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting a safe, welcoming environment for diverse patients across WA and ID clinics.

Qualifications

• MA-C certification required; interim acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.
• BLS certification required or may be obtained through in-house training.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• Exceptions may be made for externship/residency candidates with active/pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire; MA-C license within 45 days of hire.
