Job summary

Indigo Health seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support physicians and clinic management within the MA-C scope, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative team. The role emphasizes safety, ethics, and inclusive care across diverse patient populations.

Washington/Idaho requirements include MA-C license; MA-R with WA endorsement; BLS; and 1+ year clinical office experience. Competitive hourly pay plus strong benefits and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• MA-C or MA-R required with WA endorsement within 30 days of hire
• MA-C license required; MA-R license acceptable with endorsement
• BLS certification required or obtained in-house
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
• Perform varied clinic tasks requiring knowledge and integration of standards, resources and data
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy and dignity of patients from diverse backgrounds
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
