Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant. You will support clinical and front-office operations, coordinate patient care, and ensure a high-quality patient experience within the MA-C scope. This role offers 3 x 12-hour day shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Washington/Idaho licensing requirements apply; MA-C or CMA certification with BLS is required. The role includes performance-based premiums and a strong focus on teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MA-C certification required or WA interim certification acceptable for up to one year
• BLS certification required or obtainable through in-house program
• WA MA-C license or MA-R endorsement within 45 days of hire (WA)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and front office to ensure comprehensive care
• Perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within MA-C license scope
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and patient autonomy
