Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Occupational Medicine. This full-time position (FTE 1.0) offers a day shift, Monday–Friday, and a role focused on coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope, delivering exceptional patient service.

You will work closely with physicians and clinic staff, supporting management and ensuring a welcoming, efficient patient experience in a modern, patient-centered clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification required; interim cert acceptable up to one year from issue date.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program may be required depending on assignment.
• Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA MA-C license within 45 days of hire; MA-R certification endorsed by Indigo within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform a variety of clinic-based functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
