Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join our team. The role expands MA responsibilities within the MA-C license scope, delivering patient-centered care and coordinating clinical tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

You'll collaborate with physicians, front office staff, and clinic management to ensure exceptional patient experiences while maintaining compliance with WA/ID state requirements. A strong emphasis on teamwork and service delivery.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C license required; interim acceptable up to 1 year from issue date or until MA-C issued.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform functions within clinic requiring specialized knowledge and data integration.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and health.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
