Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will work collaboratively with physicians and clinic staff to ensure excellent outcomes and patient experiences, while delivering strong customer service and clinic management assistance.

The role requires MA-C certification (WA/ID), BLS certification (in-house training available), and about 1 year of relevant experience in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• MA-C certification required (WA State)
• BLS certification required or may be obtained in-house
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
• Perform a variety of clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of resources
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
