Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Occupational Medicine to join our FLOAT Inland Northwest team. This is a day-shift, per diem role supporting clinicians and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver compassionate care, maintain patient safety, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Washington MA-C certification or equivalent required.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year in physician office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks requiring knowledge and integration of standards and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care and patient autonomy.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
