Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, in Redmond, WA is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (MA-C) to support occupational medicine workflows. You will coordinate patient care, assist clinicians, and help maintain a high-quality patient experience in a per-diem, day shift setting.

Qualified candidates have MA-C or interim WA certification, BLS, and at least 1 year in a medical office; WA MA-C license within 45 days or MA-R endorsement within 7 days is required for WA/Idaho

Qualifications

• Washington MA-C Certification required or interim acceptable for up to 1 year
• WA-DOH MA-R endorsement within 7 days of hire or WA MA-C license within 45 days
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred
• WA state CMA certification acceptable for Idaho requirements

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
• Perform a variety of clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards and data
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care promoting autonomy and dignity of diverse patients
• Create and provide a safe, supportive environment for patients
