Job summary

Indigo Health is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support occupational medicine with a MA-C license scope in a fast-paced clinic. You will collaborate with clinicians and staff to deliver high-quality care and patient experiences, while coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

The role requires WA MA-C or MA-R with Indigo endorsement, BLS, and at least one year in a physician setting; benefits include tuition assistance, health coverage, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• WA MA-C license required or WA MA-R with Indigo endorsement within 30 days.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or other medical facility.
• Externship/residency candidates with active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office and clinic management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinic functions requiring knowledge and integration of standards, resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity and health of diverse patients.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
