Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join our Occupational Medicine team in the Spokane, WA area. This per diem, day-shift role supports clinical tasks and coordinates patient care with a collaborative team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This position covers Inland Northwest regions and offers tuition assistance, a 403(b), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C license required
• Interim MA-C acceptable for up to one year
• Current BLS Certification required or via in-house program
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility
• WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire may be required in some cases
• WA/ID CMA certification and related licenses required per state rules

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
• Perform a variety of clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards and data
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy and health of diverse patients
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
