Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, part of Indigo Health, is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Occupational Medicine in Renton, WA. This full-time role (1.0 FTE) is a day shift (Mon-Fri) focused on coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope and delivering excellent patient service in a high-collaboration clinic setting.

You will work with physicians and staff to ensure optimal health outcomes, while supporting clinic management.

Qualifications

• MA-C license in Washington required or within 45 days of hire.
• BLS certification or in-house training program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.
• WA MA-C license or interim certification acceptable for up to one year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform clinic functions requiring knowledge and data integration within MA-C scope.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds and promoting patient autonomy.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
