Job summary

Indigo Health in Redmond, WA, seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Occupational Medicine to support clinicians and coordinate patient care within the MA-C scope. You will contribute to excellent patient experiences and clinic management.

The role requires WA MA-C certification (or interim) and current BLS, with at least 1 year of experience in a medical setting. A collaborative team environment and patient-centered care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification required.
• Interim WA MA-C acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C issued.
• Current BLS Certification or in-house training program eligibility.
• Minimum one year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform clinic functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards, resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity and health of diverse patients.
