Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to expand patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will work closely with physicians and clinic staff to coordinate care and ensure positive health outcomes across our Northwest clinics.

This role emphasizes collaboration, high-quality customer service, and clinic management support, with a path toward leadership through our mentorship and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification or license.
• WA MA-C license endorsement within 45 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training program.
• Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility.
• WA state MA-R license requirements in Idaho with endorsement within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of standards, resources, and data.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care and promote patient autonomy, dignity, and health.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
