Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care seeks a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join our North Region clinics. You will perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within the MA-C license scope, collaborating with physicians and clinic staff for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MA-C certification required by WA state
• BLS certification required or obtainable via in-house program
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility
• WA state MA-C license within 45 days of hire/MA-R endorsement within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure health care outcomes
• Perform a variety of clinic-based functions with specialized knowledge and data integration
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care and patient autonomy across diverse backgrounds
• Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients
