Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support clinical tasks and patient coordination within the MA-C scope. You will work closely with physicians, staff and management to ensure optimal care and patient experiences.

This 0.9 FTE role offers day shifts (8am-8pm, 3 x 12-hour shifts) with multiple pay incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Washington and Idaho requirements apply; Spokane location preferred.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C is required.
• Interim MA certification acceptable for up to one year.
• Current BLS certification or in-house training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform clinical tasks and coordinate patient care within MA-C scope.
• Provide excellent patient customer service and clinic management support.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
