Indigo Urgent Care, part of MultiCare, is hiring a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to support urgent care operations across the North Region. The role covers clinical tasks and patient coordination within the MA-C license scope, with a focus on teamwork and high-quality patient experiences.

The position offers a 0.9 FTE schedule, day shifts (3 x 12-hour), and incentives such as Indigo Premium and shift differentials. WA/ID state requirements apply and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification required.
• BLS certification required or in-house training program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in physician's office or medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes.
• Perform clinic tasks integrating standards, resources and data.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care and patient autonomy, dignity, and health.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
